Time for some comedy.
Malinda Kathleen Reese is an actress, singer and dancer from the USA. She started her YouTube channel in 2010 but it didn't take off until 4 years later when she took the lyrics of Let It Snow, from the Disney film Frozen, put them in Google Translate and have it translate the lyrics from one language to another, using the previous translation as the source of the next one, and finally back into English. She then sang the resultant lyrics to the original tune and backing. This video then went viral and started the hilarious series Google Translate Sings where she inflicts the same treatment to other well known songs.
Africa was originally released by Toto on their 1982 album Toto IV and as a single. This is another song in the Google Translate Sings series and uses all of the African languages in Google Translate, with a few extra just to make sure. While this one starts off a little technical it soon gets into providing dietary advice and has some problems with geography but it is all very funny.
You can follow Malinda on Facebook, on Twitter, on Instagram, and on her YouTube channel. You can buy her music on iTunes.
